Creating Products
Products are the items you sell and deliver. They’re defined at the organization level and can be added to any gas station’s inventory.
Viewing the Product List
Go to Products in the sidebar. You’ll see a searchable list of all products in your organization. Use the search bar to filter by name.
Adding a New Product
- Click Add Product
- Fill in the product details:

| SKU | No | Stock-keeping unit code for internal tracking (e.g., “GAS-12KG”) |
| Unit | Yes | Unit of measure — what you count in (e.g., “cylinder”, “kg”, “liter”) |
| Price | Yes | Unit price in your organization’s currency |
- Click Create
Editing a Product
Click on any product in the list to open its detail page. From here you can update any field and save changes.
How Products Connect to Other Features
Products are referenced throughout the system:
- Inventory — Products are stocked at gas stations with quantities, capacity limits, and alert thresholds
- Orders — When creating an order, you select products and quantities from the catalog
- Reports — The reports dashboard shows top-selling products
Tips
- Use clear, descriptive names that drivers and customers will recognize
- Set consistent SKU codes to make inventory auditing easier
- Choose units that match how you actually count and sell (cylinders, kilograms, etc.)
- Price is per unit — for a 12kg cylinder priced at 400,000 VND, enter
400000 - Products can be added to multiple stations’ inventories with different stock levels
