Getting Started
This guide walks you through initial setup so you can start taking orders and dispatching deliveries.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Navigate to the admin portal and click Register to create a new account. Enter your email address and choose a secure password.
Step 2: Create an Organization
After logging in, you’ll see the Organizations page. Click Create Organization and fill in:
- Organization Name — Your business name (e.g., “Saigon Propane Co.”)
- Description — A brief description of your business (optional)
- Currency — Select your operating currency (VND, USD, etc.)
- Default Country — Used for address validation and formatting
Step 3: Explore the Dashboard
Once your organization is created, you’ll land on the main dashboard. The sidebar navigation gives you access to all sections:

Step 4: Set Up Your First Gas Station
Go to Gas Stations and click Add Gas Station. Enter the station name and address. The address is validated and geocoded so it appears on delivery maps.
Step 5: Create Products
Go to Products and click Add Product. Each product needs:
- Name — e.g., “12kg Gas Cylinder”
- SKU — Stock-keeping unit code (optional)
- Unit — The unit of measure (e.g., “cylinder”, “kg”)
- Price — Unit price in your organization’s currency
Step 6: Add Inventory to Your Station
Go back to your gas station and open the Inventory tab. Click Add Product to stock your station with the products you just created. Set the initial quantity, max capacity, and alert threshold.
Step 7: Add a Delivery Driver
Go to Delivery Drivers and click Add Driver. Enter the driver’s name, phone number, and email. You can generate invite codes that drivers use to sign up on the mobile app.
Step 8: Create Your First Order
Go to Orders and click New Order. The order wizard walks you through four steps:
- Select Gas Station — Choose which station fulfills the order
- Select Customer — Search for an existing customer or create a new one
- Select Products — Choose products and quantities
- Review & Submit — Confirm the order details
