Managing Gas Stations
Gas stations are your physical locations where propane inventory is stored and orders are fulfilled from.
Adding a New Gas Station
- Go to Gas Stations in the sidebar
- Click Add Gas Station
- Fill in the station details:
- Station Name — A descriptive name (e.g., “District 7 Warehouse”)
- Address — Start typing and select from the validated address suggestions
The address is automatically geocoded so your station appears correctly on delivery maps.
Station Dashboard
Each gas station has a Dashboard tab that shows a summary at a glance:
- Total inventory items
- Active deliveries from this station
- Key metrics and stats
Station Tabs
When you select a gas station, you’ll see these tabs:

| Inventory | Manage product stock levels — see Inventory Management |
| Deliveries | View all deliveries dispatched from this station |
| Settings | Edit station name, address, and logo |
Station Settings
On the Settings tab you can:
- Edit the station name and address
- Upload a station logo — images up to 5MB, displayed throughout the admin panel
- Delete the logo — click the X button on the logo preview
Viewing Deliveries
The Deliveries tab shows all delivery orders dispatched from this station. Use this to monitor station-level delivery activity.
Tips
- Create separate stations for each physical location to track inventory independently
- Station addresses appear on the delivery map, so keep them accurate
- Upload logos to make it easier to identify stations at a glance
