Organization Settings
Organization settings control your business identity, regional preferences, and branding. Go to Settings in the sidebar to access them.
Note: Only organization admins can edit settings. Other roles can view but not modify.
Organization Details
The top card lets you edit core business information:

| Organization Name | Your business name displayed across the platform |
| Description | A brief description of your business (optional) |
| Currency | Your operating currency (VND, USD, etc.) — affects how prices are displayed |
| Default Country | Used for address validation and formatting defaults |
Click Save after making changes.
Organization Logo
Upload a logo to brand your organization across the admin panel:
- Click Upload Logo (or Change Logo if one is already set)
- Select an image file (PNG, JPG, etc.)
- The logo uploads automatically
Requirements:
- Image files only (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, etc.)
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
To remove the logo: Click the X button on the logo preview.
Currency and Country
- Currency determines how prices are formatted throughout the app (e.g., “400,000 VND” vs “$20.00”)
- Default Country sets the default for address validation, so new addresses auto-select the correct country
Supported currencies and countries are shown in the dropdown menus.
Payment Processors
The payment processors card is also on the settings page. See Setting Up Payment Processors for a detailed guide.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of the settings page is the Danger Zone — a red-bordered card for destructive actions.
Deleting Your Organization
- Click Delete Organization
- A confirmation prompt appears
- Click Confirm Delete to permanently delete the organization
Warning: Deleting an organization is permanent and irreversible. All gas stations, products, inventory, orders, customers, drivers, and reports will be deleted. Make sure you want to do this.
Role-Based Access

Non-admin users will see the settings but all fields will be disabled.
Tips
- Set your currency and country before creating products — changing currency later won’t convert existing prices
- Upload a recognizable logo to make your organization easy to identify
- Only give admin access to trusted team members, since admins can delete the organization
