Reading Reports
The Reports section gives you analytics on your delivery business. All reports support date range filtering so you can analyze specific time periods.
Accessing Reports
Go to Reports in the sidebar. You’ll see a tab bar with five report views:

| Orders | Detailed order data with filters |
| Revenue | Revenue breakdowns and trends |
| Deliveries | Delivery volume and performance |
| Delivery Time | Speed and timing analysis |

Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a snapshot of your business:
- Total Orders — Number of orders in the selected period
- Total Revenue — Sum of all completed order amounts
- Completed Deliveries — Number of successfully delivered orders
- Average Delivery Time — Mean time from order creation to delivery
Below the summary cards, you’ll find:
- Top Drivers — Your most active drivers ranked by deliveries
- Top Products — Best-selling products by quantity

Date Range Filter
All reports share a date range picker at the top. Click the date picker to select a start and end date. The report data updates automatically.
Orders Report
The Orders report provides a detailed table of all orders within the selected date range. Use this to:
- Review individual order details
- Track order status distribution
- Identify patterns in order timing

Revenue Report
The Revenue report focuses on financial metrics:
- Revenue totals and breakdowns
- Revenue trends over time
- Revenue by product or station

Deliveries Report
The Deliveries report shows delivery volume and completion metrics:
- Number of deliveries completed vs. cancelled
- Delivery counts by station or driver
- Delivery trends over time

Delivery Time Report
The Delivery Time report analyzes how quickly orders are being fulfilled:
- Average time from order creation to delivery
- Time breakdowns by stage (assigned, in-progress, delivered)
- Identify bottlenecks in your delivery pipeline

Tips
- Check the dashboard daily for a quick health check on your business
- Use the delivery time report to identify slow routes or overloaded drivers
- Compare revenue reports across different date ranges to spot growth trends
- Top drivers and top products on the dashboard help with staffing and inventory planning
