Getting Started with the App

This guide walks you through installing the app, creating your account, and getting ready to receive delivery orders.

Step 1: Get the App

Download the Giao Gas driver app:

Android — Download from Google Play Store
iOS — Download from the App Store

Your gas station admin will provide you with an invite code. This links your driver account to their organization.

Open the app and tap Sign Up
Enter your username (minimum 3 characters)
Enter a password (minimum 6 characters)
Enter your email (optional)
Enter the invite code from your admin
Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Tap Register

Don’t have an invite code? Ask your gas station manager or admin to generate one for you from the admin portal. They can find it under Delivery Drivers > [Your Name] > Invite Codes.

Step 3: Scanning a QR Code

If your admin shows you a QR code instead of typing a code:

Open your phone’s camera app (or a QR scanner)
Point it at the QR code
Tap the link that appears — it will open the app with the invite code pre-filled
Complete the registration form

Step 4: Log In

After registering, log in with your username and password.

Step 5: Your Orders Screen

After logging in, you’ll see the Orders screen — your main workspace. This shows all delivery orders assigned to you.

The screen includes:

Connection indicator — Shows whether you’re connected to the real-time server (green = connected)
Order list — All your assigned orders with status badges
Order details — Tap any order to see full details

Step 6: Your Profile

Tap the Profile tab to see:

Your name and username
App settings
Legal documents (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy)
Logout button
