Navigating to Customers
The driver app integrates with your phone’s maps to help you find delivery addresses quickly.
Opening Maps
On the order detail screen, tap Open in Maps. This opens your phone’s default navigation app with the customer’s address.

How Navigation Works
The app uses the customer’s geocoded address (GPS coordinates) when available for precise navigation. If GPS coordinates aren’t available, it falls back to the text address.
Your phone will open the best available maps app:
| Platform | Maps App |
|---|---|
| Android | Google Maps |
| iOS | Apple Maps (or Google Maps if installed) |

Viewing the Delivery Address
The customer’s delivery address is shown on the order detail screen. Check it before starting navigation to make sure you know where you’re going.
If the address includes notes (e.g., “Building A, Floor 3”), these appear in the Delivery Notes section.

When You Can’t Find the Address
If the address isn’t clear or you can’t find the location:
- Call the customer — Tap the phone number on the order detail screen
- Check delivery notes — There may be additional directions
- Contact your admin — They can help coordinate with the customer

Tips
- Make sure location services are enabled on your phone for accurate navigation
- Start navigation before leaving the gas station so you know the route
- If you deliver to the same areas regularly, you’ll start to remember common addresses
- Poor GPS signal in some areas may affect navigation accuracy — use the text address as a backup
